Dr. Tammy McCoy-Arballo, Psy.D.
Dr. McCoy-Arballo is an expert in trauma and has provided counseling services to both civilian and sworn emergency responders in the wake of numerous mass shooting incidents and natural disasters. Over the last seven years, she has served on staff of The Counseling Team International (TCTI), an organization that focuses on providing counseling, training, critical incident intervention and support to first responders and their families.

Dr. Smyser is a recognized leader in the field of public health communications. He holds a PhD and master’s in public health and did his postdoctoral training at the CDC.
