Dr. Wright has over 30 years of experience partnering with a variety of non-profit and community-based organizations as well as philanthropy and government. Partnerships have been concentrated in advancing racial equity across health, employment, housing, and community wealth and wellness through public policy and programming.

in communities of color. Dr. Wright has employed her extensive leadership skills and expertise
advancing the non-profit sector, particularly entities led by people of color, to enrich
communities such that they realize the change they seek while advancing racial equity. Through
her business Dr. Wright is grounded in strategies that advance racial and health equity.
Dr. Wright has a doctorate and master’s degree in public health from the University of Michigan
and bachelor’s degree in community and school health from York College/CUNY. Currently, she
serves on the boards of the Coalition of Schools Educating Boys of Color (COSEBOC), Maternal
Mental Health Leadership Alliance and the Black Women’s Health Imperative where she is also
the Immediate Past Chair.
