Olivia Biggs
Licking County Health Department, OH
Olivia Biggs serves as the Public Information Officer (PIO) for the Licking County Health Department in central Ohio. In her role, she acts as the agency spokesperson, manages media, social media, marketing and public relations, and community outreach. In a dual role, Olivia serves as PIO for the Licking County Emergency Management Agency. She earned a BA in Communication from Ohio State University.

She is a member of Young Leaders of Licking County and was named as the 2017 Young Professional of the Year by the Licking County Chamber of Commerce and awarded as a “20 Under 40” professional by the Newark Advocate.
Olivia lives in Granville, Ohio with her two sons – Jenner, age 9 and Roman, age 6 and enjoys taking her kids on adventures, running, and baking.
